Group Classes

We are pleased to announce that group classes are resuming at NYC Pilates!

We will be starting semi-private / classes, capped at three people:

Tuesday and Thursdays 

6pm  - Tower

7pm - Mat  + Props

$49 / person

 

Pilates Tower Semi-Privates @ 6pm (Max at 3 students)

Master an amazing variety of Pilates exercises utilizing the Classical Pilates Tower and Springs. This specialized apparatus is challenging yet accessible to all levels of expertise. Small class size guarantees individualized attention for maximum effectiveness for toning, lengthening, and sculpting all the muscles, as well as creating superior core strength. Taught by Master Pilates Teacher Jonathan Urla.

 

Pilates Power Mat with Props Semi-Privates @ 7pm (Max at 3 students)

Flow like a pro through the classical repertoire of Pilates mat work, with the addition of special exercises utilizing the Magic Circle, Small Ball, light dumbbells, and Theraband. Following the classical order, each class will be tailored to individual student needs and abilities for a safe and effective workout. Learn to incorporate all the Pilates principles of breath, centering, control, precision, and flow in a full-body workout you can do anywhere.

Big News!

NYC Pilates is pleased to announce that we are transitioning the studio to all private and semi-private sessions, capped at three people.

We feel three-person classes provide a higher quality experience for our clients, including more personal attention, as well as less noise for class participants. The Semi-Private Tower classes provide an intimate and meaningful class experience, as well as true value for class participants.

All group class participants, must first complete our Liability Waiver.

We look forward to working with you more closely and meaningfully than ever before!

Private Tower

Start a class for you and your friends! Grab a group of 1-2 people to meet regularly at the same time on a given day, for 5 weeks or more, and we will close registration to the public. This is a great way to progress together as a group, socialize before or after class, and to increase the chances that you will actually come to class. There’s nothing better to keep you on track like being accountable to friends!
