Popular with Hollywood mainstays like Natalie Portman and Kerry Washington, Pilates is a mind-body workout that uses a series of controlled movements on specially designed apparatus or a mat.

Pilates can be done by anyone at any fitness level. Pilates can also challenge the most advanced athletes like LeBron James or Serena Williams and help with injury prevention and recovery. 

A Pilates workout can be modified for any body at any stage of life, which is why you’ll see so much diversity in our UWS studio from expectant mothers to tweens and teens, or one of our fabulous 90+ year-old clients!
