In order ensure safety and quality of instruction, NYC Pilates Tower classes are capped at 6 participants. Group classes with a single participant will be shortened to 45 minutes. Please note: for safety purposes, clients more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to enter classes, at the discretion of the instructor. All group class participants, must first complete our Liability Waiver.
***Unless otherwise noted in the description, single classes are $39, 5-Class Passes are $37/class, and 10-Class Passes are $35/class.

Our Tower classes use springs, bars, poles and straps to help lengthen and strengthen in challenging yet safe movements from the classical Pilates and complementary repertoires. Mat work is often incorporated into these classes, as well. We can guarantee that although each class is similar, with the numerous variations and the inclusion of props, such as balls, bands and small weights, no two classes are exactly the same! These classes take place on the Pilates Towers and are capped at six people to guarantee that every participant gets the attention and care they need during class. All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.
Start a class for you and your friends! Grab a group of 5-6 people to meet regularly at the same time on a given day, for 5 weeks or more, and we will close registration to the public. This is a great way to progress together as a group, socialize before or after class, and to increase the chances that you will actually come to class. There’s nothing better to keep you on track like being accountable to friends!
Being a tween/teen is hard – hard enough to make you slouch! Give the gift of body awareness, core strength, and good posture to your growing adolescent. Not only are classes fun, but they are also invaluable to the fast-changing bodies of kids this age. Whether your child hunches over her devices and you want to see him/her stand tall, or you want to compliment your child’s training for soccer, volleyball, basketball, tennis, etc. with cross-training for injury prevention and/or recovery – giving her an edge in her favorite sport – Pilates does it all!
