Find, activate and engage the pelvic floor from the inside out to prevent incontinence and potential uterine prolapse. Learn to work the pelvic floor at a much deeper level than by simply pretending to stop the flow of urine, as many professionals advise. A stronger pelvic floor is important for labor, recovery and a satisfying sex life!

Prevent and/or get rid of your Mummy Tummy! Learn how to safely engage the deepest abdominal muscles to flatten your tummy, prevent or diminish back pain and prepare you for the physical travails of pregnancy, labor and/or motherhood. These exercises can be done anywhere, and are a great precursor or compliment to other exercise during and after pregnancy to prevent and diminish a Diastasis!

Movin’ Mamas Boot Camp

This Pilates-based boot camp combines the best of Pilates with safe cardio and strength training. Move, sweat, and have fun along with other moms. Class limited to 8.
